A wedding dress with feathers can suit both a formal and a semi-formal or a dainty casual wedding because feathers are both nonchalant and elegant.

But the most adequate context or wedding set where the bride can really show up dresses in a spectacular wedding dress with feathers would be on a semi-formal wedding. Feathers are the best reminders of the cabaret era, of the old style vintage period when everything, all the fashion was based on elegance, refinement, good taste, high class, softness and cleverness.
If your wedding is going to take place in New York or anywhere else in a fancy, chic and dainty local then this type of dress might be the answer to all your prayers. You don’t have to be afraid to try new things, to explore and keep your palette of choices opened to new possibilities.

Keep your mind free in order to embrace as many styles as possible, just to feel at peas as choosing more correctly and wiser from a myriad of styles. In general, vintage wedding dresses are adorned with all kinds of puffs, frills, ruffles or multi-layers and tiers, but they surely look even more feminine, intriguing, outstanding and eye-catchy when beautified or personalized with feathers. You can find colored wedding dress with feathers –especially pink, pale blue or cream, or you can opt for an off white wedding dress for a more classy, innocent, pure and natural look.
My husband-to-be usually calls me his Angel and although I don’t consider myself an angel, would like to look like one on the wedding day, just for him, just to show him how much I love him too. So I thought about what angels have in particular, besides their kindness and purity, and I came to the conclusion it’s their wings. And what would be more appropriate to symbolize wings but the feathers? So far, from all the dresses I’ve seen, not one comes a bit closer to what I have in mind. The only one that might be right is the first one from here. I don’t like the feathers on the bodice, though. That bunch of feathers there ruins all the charm of the dress. In rest, I like the simplicity of the bodice, the softness of the feathers and the line of the dress.
