Would you wear this unconventional and outrageous style on your wedding day? Well, if you’re reading this article, you’re definitely one of those bold and courageous modern brides who surely wants something different, more exciting, unique and completely unseen before.

Wearing a Punk Goth wedding dress could represent a great challenge for those of you who aren’t used to a black, brown, red or any other dynamic and dark colored wedding dress. But if you’re a fan of the gothic, punk, rock or metal style, culture, art and customs, then you should definitely try on a superb and magnificent Punk Goth wedding dress. Don’t believe that a Punk Goth wedding dress is a real novelty, because it isn’t.

Black, red and dark themed wedding dress styles appeared in the fashion of wedding dresses long time ago, when these styles – Goth, Renaissance or Medieval were in vogue. When you think for the first time of a Punk Goth wedding dress you can’t help wondering what these two styles have in common that can be combined and incorporated into a single exceptional wedding dress!

Well, as different as these current may appear at the first sight, there are several similarities that you may want to know about. Both gothic and punk stiles in wedding dresses are usually recognized through their torn, ripped, ragged, torn, shredded or tattered fabrics, style that gives you the aspect and the illusion of rebellion. Both styles have similar jacket and blazer designs that belong to the 1970s and 1980s periods. Other “accessories” that can be recognized as parts of a Punk Goth wedding dress are the trivial and outrageous chains, pins, studs, plaids or earrings.

But if we are to separate these two styles we can easily see the differences. For instance, the Goth fashion and culture is divided in two subdivisions that include the Victorian era with its romantic fashion of lace and velvet and another current that has a stronger and bolder fashion trend with leather and other hard stuff. But combining these styles into one, the Goth and the Punk, we should definitely see how wonderful and original they bind and how the effect is too spectacular, fabulous, extravagant and sophisticated to not consider it.
