The modern bride is a bolder bride who is not afraid or trying new styles. Wearing a white wedding dress with a hot and trendy colored neckline, waist or hem would be a very inspired way of speaking more of your personal style, vision, tastes and favorite colors. It’s very important to let go all the etiquettes and dress codes that most brides are stumbling on.
In case you’re wondering what colors are in vogue for 2010 weddings and wedding dresses altogether, here are the most popular ones: plum, deep purple, lavender, hot pink, coral pink, fuchsia, magenta, chocolate brown, turquoise, navy blue, aqua blue, pale blue, light violet, olive green, sage green, lime green, vintage orange, peach, silver, ivory, champagne, cream, beige, bronze, burgundy or deep red.
As you can observe, the green color is very versatile and tricky, in matters of diverse shades. That is why, when choosing a green color wedding dress you must think of the most suitable nuance of green that can emphasize your personal style and your skin tone.

If you fear that a fully green color wedding dress might be a little too much or too wild and bold for you, you can always choose a chic white and green wedding dress. Two-toned wedding dresses that split the colors in two – one for the bodice and one for the skirt are very popular and fashionable this year.
You can also incorporate the green color through bows, ribbons, flower or jewel appliqués or through coordinated sashes. Green wedding dresses are suitable for any type of wedding – formal or informal, modern or traditional that takes place somewhere in the middle of the nature: on a beach, on a mountain, on coast, on an island, on an open field, in a back yard, in a garden or in a country rustic side.
I’m going to have an indoor wedding in a few months but I want the theme of the wedding to be forest. I am going to create arrangements that would look like trees and of course I will use wild flowers as central pieces on the table. I like forests a lot, I find them mysterious and fresh. So I want to bring this, plus a little bit of romanticism to my own wedding. And I thought I would be a very nice fairy of the forest, all dressed in green and white, with a very beautiful dress. I like this dress you propose here, the ball type of gown. With its silvery embroidery is just perfect for what I have in mind. I would however like it in a darker shade of green. But the line and the embroidery are perfect.
