Funky Wedding Dresses
There are a lot of brides that chose to wear funky wedding dresses and they do this because of all the reasons I've just said. The brides that chose to wear funky wedding dresses surely are more interesting than the ones that go for a much more traditional ball gown. This doesn't mean that the brides are more interesting , what I'm trying to say is that their dress choice might be more interesting.
Besides the reasons I've just enumerated there are some others that should convince you, as a bride to take into consideration funky wedding dresses:
- you want everybody to remember you. Generally people go to more than 5 weddings in an year so they see some wedding dresses. If you want your wedding attendants to remember you, you have to come up with something special.
- there are many times when the need to express yourself, your personality, is greater than the need to conform to tradition or to certain rules . Don't worry, this is fine, is your wedding day and what you need to be is happy. If something that is not considered the perfect social norm regarding wedding is the thing you want to wear you should do it. If you're attendants end up saying, Wow this is a funky wedding dress- you should take it as a compliment !
- if you're getting married at a destination wedding, than you should know that many brides chose to wear their a wedding dress that reflects something from the wedding's location.
A good question you have to ask is: what are actually funky wedding dresses. You must know that every person has his/her taste is clothes and fashion, so what for someone might be funky for some other one might be really normal. Here are some examples of funky wedding dresses: short wedding dresses, celtic wedding dresses, pants suit, sheer, colored wedding dresses, alternatives dresses ( summer dresses, ball dresses etc.). As you can see even old times dresses can be funky. It doesn't matter how old or new they are, the things that counts is the way they look.
Buying a funky wedding dress is not the easiest thing to do but not the hardest as well. It depends what you're looking for. Go to your wedding shop and see what are they offering. If you can't find anything nice there, don't give up, the internet is probably the best source of shops you can find. Besides, you funky wedding dress will arrive at your doorstep.
A funky wedding dress is going to be the best choice for you. Try to find something that will work with your body and with your whole wedding. Keep the wedding in line and everything will look amazing!
