So I imagine my female guests coming in white and navy blue stripped shirts and comfortable short skirts while men in something similar. And my husband-to-be and myself need to be the captains of the beach-ship. So I will dress not that similar. I think however that it is not necessary for a wedding dress for a beach wedding to be long and flowy. A shorter wedding dress seems more appropriate for me. And this is what I want. Something short, maybe just above the knees, not very fluid, because it might be windy, but not tight, of course. And with short sleeves to cover and protect my shoulders.
