Douglas Hannant Wedding Dresses

Today we are going to present you a few interesting and new types of haute couture wedding dresses signed by Douglas Hannant and designed for an interesting 2012 bridal collection that we are happy to have here on our website.

This is the first time that we write on Douglas Hannant wedding dresses and this is why we are so very curious to see your reactions, responses and comments regarding these pieces we’re showing on this page. One of the many things that managed to convince us in bringing these pieces on our website was the fact that these gowns look very sophisticated and wearable in the same time.

There is something very whimsical and strange about these dresses that make them look both glamorous and comfortable. Perhaps the comfort factor comes from the fact that the voluminous skirts are so diaphanous, fluid and romantic, but we can’t tell for sure what it is that makes these gowns look so damn attractive and eye-catchy.

The spaghetti straps that either fall on the shoulders, either get tied up in the back of the neck following a halter design or a sexy one shoulder neckline style are definitely the elements that provide these dresses with this charming casual look and nonchalant vibe that we love so much.

We believe that these Douglas Hannant wedding dresses can make excellent choices for the modern brides of today who want to wear something both uniquely elegant and easy to wear.

The puffy skirts, the carefree frills and the thick ruffles thought even for the mermaid silhouettes are the ones that bring volume, sophistication, innovation and glamour to these pieces. All these precious styles that you can see on this page were created for a wonderful 2012 spring collection, but we recommend them to summer or fall time brides too.

We think that they fulfill all the requirements for being suitable and adequate dresses for other seasons, and we say this because of the sleek and femininely romantic silhouettes, luxurious lightweight fabrics, soft details and dazzling embellishments.

We can appreciate the fact that this designer – who creates beautiful bridal collection from 1996 – has a natural talent in creating and fashioning glamorous, seductive and remarkable dresses that can captivate the eyes and the attention of the public.

Both the ample and the simple figure-flattering designs look glamorous and extravagantly unique. We are looking forward to hear your opinions and thoughts on these models here.

I am more the very comfortable type, at the same time very elegant as well. In fact, I wish all mu clothes and especially the wedding gown to be very cozy, to make me feel free wearing them but at the same time they need to amaze me and the others by looking very fancy. I think these dresses or at least some of them manage to amaze me and at the same time to give me the impression of coziness. Those dresses are the first and the third one counting from the top. And as you said, the straps are indeed a great element of these dresses. I like all types of straps from here, but number three remains my favorite from this point of view as well.

The romantic aspect is not only a fact, because the material is so fluid and smooth! I believe a dress shouldn’t be heavy, but simple and beautiful.
