Burgundy wedding dresses

There is a very large palette of bold and energizing colors that brides can choose for their wedding dress, and that is why making the right decision on the most suitable colored wedding dress for the big wedding day can sometimes be harder that we can actually imagine.

Most brides who decide to wear a colored wedding dress on the wedding day are usually picking the color according to the theme that they have set for the event. The formality, the season, the location and the color scheme of the wedding are also important coordinates that brides usually take into account when planning their colored wedding dress.

Only a few women know exactly what color to choose and these are those rare cases when the bride has a favorite color and wishes to incorporate it into the wedding dress. We all have favorite things and colors, but when it comes to women and wedding dress, a single color and a single wedding dress doesn’t seem like a good decision anyhow.

When going shopping, women can be hard to restrict. We would like to buy the entire shop with all the hundreds of wedding dresses that we found in there and liked. But since this thing is actually pretty impossible, we must stick to a single choice.

To help you out some more, we can tell you that there are tow main types of colored wedding dresses that are hot and trendy right now: those colored in soft pastel natural hues – such as sherbet pink, blush pink, ruby rose, pale blue, baby blue, light violet, lime green, ecru, butter-cream yellow, peach, navy blue, teal, turquoise, cream, champagne, beige, ivory, lavender, aqua blue, eggplant, pearl gray or silver, and those colored with more dynamical, electrifying and bold tones – such as hot pink, magenta, burgundy, fuchsia, purple, black, chocolate brown, forest or hunter green, sage green, metallic blue, burnt orange, chocolate brown, deep red, rusty, bright yellow or maroon and peat. In case you are looking to make a statement on the big day, you can choose a bolder nuance that can make a classic wedding dress look incredibly modern, eye-catchy, unforgettable and hot.

The burgundy color is definitely one of the most intriguing, sensational, attractive, striking, and stunning colors that a bride can choose for a more dramatic and outstanding wedding and look. This mysterious shade is so unique because it is situated right between the natural bright red and the magical deep purple or plum.

Depending on how intense you wish for your burgundy wedding dress to look like, you can choose a lighter shade or a deeper burgundy color. Wearing a dark red wedding dress on the wedding day might be a terrific choice especially for brides who are planning a Gothic themed wedding, a Valentine’s Day themed wedding or perhaps a more extravagant, sophisticated, classy, elegant and semi-formal or formal fancy wedding.

You can wear a burgundy wedding dress on an evening wedding or you can choose it for a more casual outdoor nature event, if the design and the cut are less sophisticated and more natural, flowing, breezy, light, clean and simple.

I have nothing against colored wedding dresses. Really. But I don’t understand them all. I’m more fond of those wedding dresses that are either in light colors, such as champagne or ivory, or that have some colored accessory. Maybe a belt or the hem line, a flower or a bow. And I realized that after seeing a lot of different types of colored wedding dresses. Regarding these ones here… I don’t think they are at all appropriate for a bride. But I would definitely wear one of them at a very elegant or a diva themed wedding, maybe at a wedding reception at night. Because this is how they seem to me. More appropriate for an elegant reception of some sort.
