Black And Red Wedding Dresses

The dark toned weddings seem to gain more and more popularity among modern brides and grooms who are looking for a more unusual, unique, original, distinctive, stunning and unconventional theme. Brides are now free to choose whatever color and theme they want for their wedding dresses.

No one is forcing you to choose the traditional, formal, elaborated and classy white wedding dress when there are so many bold, rich, dynamic and vibrant colors that you can choose from? For example, why not go with a black and red wedding dress? At least this way you’ll reduce significantly the burden of browsing through hundreds of white wedding dresses that they all look almost the same. Why not choose to look different and make a statement on your wedding day, by wearing a phenomenal black and red wedding dress?

Whether you plan a theme for this color-scheme, such as a Gothic, Renaissance, Celtic, medieval, chinese, japanese, retro or vintage, whether you simply want to impress all your guests, the effect will be absolutely stunning, remarkable and unforgettable.

The Gothic, dark metal, punk or rock themed weddings seem to grow in popularity among young couples who want to express their personal style, vision, preferences and taste in music, art, or culture. That is why more and more brides of today seem to fancy the idea of wearing a charming unique black wedding dress. But to make a black wedding dress look even more provocative, sensual, original, sexy and unconventional, one can add splashes of red color.

Choosing a black and red wedding dress might be the best choice for you to reduce the funeral, sober, dramatic and the austere feeling of a full-black wedding dress. Although black is considered to be a color of mourning, in some cultures, black is actually the color of wedding, happiness, spirituality and elegance.

Nevertheless, a black wedding dress might appear too dark or inappropriate for a wedding and that is why it’s best to add a hint of color just to enrich and beautify the look of dress. While black stands for drama, elegance and refinement, black symbolizes romance, passion, femininity, boldness, nonchalance, attractiveness, sensuality, nonconformist, mysticism and deep beauty.

Depending on the style, character, location, season, amplitude and theme of the wedding, you can choose from various styles of black and red wedding dresses. But in general, this type of colored wedding dress looks more charming, enchanting, elegant and suitable for a wedding with a full-floor length and a lace strap, a high neckline or an off-the-shoulders neckline. The idea is to make you look like a fairy-tale princess, sophisticated, glamorous, extravagant, fanciful and extremely elegant. Avoid long lavish sleeves if you’re not planning a medieval or gothic wedding theme.

I might not have read the article well, but I can’t understand if you propose these dresses as dresses to be worn by the bride for both parts of the wedding or only for the reception because for me the second variant would be the most logical. Although the other variant I’m thinking of is to wear this as a guest at a very fancy or elegant wedding. I find these dresses beautiful, but I can’t see myself in one of them at the reception or at the ceremony. They are still too black, too red, too made for a very pretentious party, but not for a wedding. But I would wear the second dress in the white and red combination.
